• How To Cancel My Subscription
  You can cancel your subscription anytime by logining into your PayPal account and following the steps below:
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Payments.
  3. Under "Preapproved payments", click Manage preapproved payments.
  4. Find lottoprediction.com and click Cancel.
  5. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
• Where is my advanced prediction?

  If you have an active subscription to one or more lotteries, we will send you an email with the latest advanced predictions before the next draw. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder as it may have found its way there in error. If you find it, please be sure to identify the email as “not junk” non-spam email and also add our email address to your safe sender list.

  If you still can't find your emails, you can always check the latest predictions by clicking "Get Next Prediction" under "Advanced predictions" section on a lottery page. You may also want to check all your active subscriptions in the Order History.

  If you still have trouble accessing your predictions, please send us your PayPal email that you used to pay for the subscription.

  Please note, that we don't send any prediction emails to the Ultimate Subscribers.

• I don't have a PayPal account

  At the moment we can only accept PayPal payments. It's easy to open an account and use a credit card or a bank account to pay for your purchase.

• I don't like montly subscriptions

  You can cancel your subscription any time from your PayPal account, and you will never get charged again until you renew the subscription.

• I can't login

  Please note, that you need to use your username, not an email address to log in. If you for forgot your username or password, please follow Forgot password? link on the Login page, where you can use your email address to reset the password and retrieve your username.

• I don't see my favourite lottery on the website. Can you add it?

  We are constantly working on adding new features and lotteries to our website. If you have any suggestions, we would love to hear it. Please drop us a message, and we will see what we can do for you.
