Rossen Rusimov, a 47 year old father of two children must be the happiest and the luckiest man in Pernik, Bulgaria as he has become a new millionaire in the area after winning 4.7 million Bulgarian leva or as much as 2.4 million euro. He was one of the victims of the 5.8 Richter earthquakes hitting this mining town in May 2012 but now he would have more than enough money to rebuild his home, his business and help others.

There were two winners in the Bulgarian state lottery drawn last week so Rusimov will have to share the winning money with another punter. Another winner comes from a peaceful, quite and green village called Boboshevo. The winners wanted to keep the winning quiet but as this jackpot is one of the greatest money ever won in Bulgaria, it is really hard to keep it from the public attention. So many TV stations and other media have been interviewing Rusimov about his winning.

Related to the winning, Rusimov said that he would invest the money to buy a new machine and equipment to enlarge his business. He had also treated his friends at a restaurant and also donate the money.
