Winning lottery is a sheer life changing experience. It can make your wildest dream come true. If you won a lottery, it could simply change your life. Can you imagine retiring to bed one fine night with all financial worries and the very next morning you wake up and find that you have won couple of millions? It is an amazingly life changing experience.

A man named Pedro Quezada in ‘New Jersey’ is extremely elated at bagging a $388 million Powerball jackpot. But he is absolutely clueless regarding what he would do with so much money. What else can he do apart from buying a car?

The 45 years old man is an immigrant of Dominica and he had come along with his wife Ines at the lottery headquarters of the city to claim the prize officially. The couple had come in jeans and had brought four out of eight siblings and also two nephews. He is a former bodega owner-operator who had come to the United States 26 years ago from Jarabacoa city.

He stated that he still cannot imagine ways of spending the money or where he might reside. Now he only uses his feet to commute and he can only think of replacing that by a good car.

It has been declared by the lottery officials that the man has accepted the amount in the form of a hefty payment of about $152 million after paying the taxes. Can you imagine that it is the fourth largest jackpot in the history of Powerball?

Quezada was seen Monday afternoon at a liquor shop in Passaic and he had purchased tickets there not knowing whether he was the winner. At 4:17 pm the ticked was validated and in less than even 24 hours he turned a multimillionaire prior to appearing at the news conference.  There he was asked question in both Spanish as well as English but he preferred answering it in Spanish and a translator was present by his side. The major question was how he would spend the money and he was totally uncertain about it.

But do you know that a lottery can change the life of few children? Yes, the Powerball jackpot winner gave away a part of his winning, nearly $30,000 for child support. Pedro Quezada appeared in Passaic County Family Court, NJ and signed a certified cheque for the payment.

Even after paying the lump sum amount, the man will still owe $141 to the child every week until he has prove the court that his children are living with him. This is a big bump in the road but he actually overpaid purposely as he tried to show how much he wish to keep his children.
