A lottery winner nowhere to be found after claiming his prize

Omar Estrella (40) has become the winner of Super Lotto jackpot but he cannot be found anywhere after claiming his prize in the lottery office. This lucky man bought his winning lottery ticket from Kwik Pick market on Golf Course Drive on 30 June. His numbers matched with the winning numbers drawn yesterday on 27 July 2012. Estrella waited for about 1 month to claim his prize and it seemed that he was pretty nervous of having that much money, the lottery officer explained.

He came to the agency’s San Francisco office with his wife and his attorney and refused to have his winning and his life released for public. People cannot find him in his resident in the D section in the Rohnert Park and according to neighbors, he and his family have moved and left the house without anymore detailed information. It is still unknown whether Estrella has taken his $ 13 million cash prize in installment over 26 years or the lump sum of $ 9.6 millions. It was also said that Estrella spent $ 4 to buy the ticket on that day. With that much winning cash, the Kwik Pick market (owned by Kulbir Dusanjh) will get $ 65,000 for selling the tickets.
